Pastor Joe started at the Church in May of 2003 as the Minister to Youth & Families. He became the Interim-Pastor in May of 2005 and in September of 2006 he became the Full-time Pastor. He has a Diploma in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. Pastor Joe has lived in Manatee County since 1988 and has been married to his wife Barbara since 1992. Barbara is the current Administrative Assistant. Pastor Joe and Barbara have three adult daughters along with 6 Grand children.
